Our Services
ACS Auto provides professional hand car wash, valeting, and detailing services at our physical locations and via our mobile service units (“the Services”). The specific details of our service packages (e.g., Express Wash, Super Wash, Platinum Wash, Detailing) are as described on our Site and marketing materials.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services and any service or material we provide on the Site at our sole discretion without notice.
Bookings and Appointments
- Booking Process: Bookings can be made via our Site, by telephone, or in person at our locations.
- Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that all details you provide for the purpose of booking are complete and accurate.
- Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us via email or SMS.
- Pricing: All prices for our Services are as quoted on our Site and at our locations. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
- Vehicle Type: You must select the correct vehicle type (e.g., Sedan, SUV/4WD, Van) when booking. If the vehicle presented does not match the booking, we reserve the right to adjust the price accordingly.
Payment Terms
- Payment Methods: Payment for Services is due upon completion of the service, unless a corporate account or other credit facility has been agreed upon in writing. We accept payment via cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards as advertised.
- Corporate Accounts: Terms for corporate accounts are set out in a separate agreement. Until such an agreement is signed, standard payment terms apply.
- Late Payment: For corporate or credit customers, we reserve the right to charge interest on any overdue amounts.
Cancellations and No-Shows
- Cancellation by You: We kindly request that you provide at least [e.g., 2 hours’] notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking. Failure to do so may result in a fee at our discretion, particularly for mobile and detailing services which require significant resource allocation.
- No-Show: If you fail to arrive for your appointment (“no-show”), we reserve the right to refuse future bookings.
- Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or equipment failure. In such an event, we will contact you promptly to rearrange your appointment.
Service Limitations and Customer Responsibilities
- Vehicle Condition: For heavily soiled vehicles, or those requiring additional work for tar, bug, or dog hair removal, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee.
- Personal Belongings: You are responsible for removing all personal belongings, valuables, and sensitive documents from your vehicle prior to our provision of the Services. ACS Auto is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
- Vehicle Damage Disclosure: You must inform our team of any pre-existing damage, faults, or sensitive areas on your vehicle before we commence work.
- Access: For mobile services, you are responsible for ensuring our team has safe and adequate access to the vehicle, a water source, and a power outlet if required.
Liability
- Standard of Care: We will perform the Services using reasonable care and skill.
- Limitation of Liability: Our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with our Services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall be limited to the value of the service you have purchased from us.
- Exclusions: We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing faults or damage to your vehicle.
- Any loss that is not a foreseeable consequence of our breach (e.g., loss of profits, loss of business opportunity).
- Minor swirl marks or holograms that can occur as a consequence of washing and polishing a vehicle, despite the use of correct techniques and products.
Gift Vouchers and Loyalty Programmes
- Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, as stated on the voucher. They cannot be redeemed for cash, replaced if lost or stolen, and are not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
- Loyalty Programmes: Terms for loyalty books and programmes are as provided at the time of purchase or sign-up. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw these programmes at any time.
Intellectual Property
The ACS Auto name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are our trademarks. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other content on this Site (including text, graphics, and logos) is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright laws.
User-Generated Content
If you submit any content to our Site (e.g., a testimonial or review), you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify that content for promotional and business purposes. You confirm that any content you submit is your own and does not violate any third-party rights.
